Donna Blackburn, Director of the Executive MBA Programs in Huntsville and Tuscaloosa. Donna is responsible for operations, marketing and building the recruiting function for the EMBA Program since 2006, when she joined the EMBA management team. Some of her key initiatives have included helping to establish the second EMBA Program in Huntsville, opening the international trip to Asia, guiding the social media platforms and other alumni activities while fostering the program. She also speaks on marketing trends, goal setting, strategy and values development for leaders. Prior to joining the UA EMBA, Donna was Director of the Executive MBA Program at Georgia State University where she helped expand their offerings with global and professional programs. She has traveled to over 39 countries and has been conducting global trips for EMBA students since 1993. Throughout her career, Donna has focused her efforts on building infrastructure around operations and program expansions. Donna holds a B.A. degree in Journalism and an M.S. in Educational Psychology from Georgia State University.

Cheryl Altemara, Assistant Director, Executive MBA Program (Recruitment and Admissions). As assistant director for EMBA, Cheryl’s chief responsibilities are directing recruiting and admissions for EMBA. Cheryl joined the Executive MBA Program in 2009 and has established recruitment program initiatives throughout Alabama and neighboring states, including Lunch and Learns, Sample Class Sessions for Prospects and Veterans Outreach. Prior to this role, she served in the positions of Manager of Alumni Chapter Development, Director of the Capstone Engineering Society, and Director of Library Development at The University of Alabama. Prior to her employment at UA in 1997, Ms. Altemara worked in donor development with the American Red Cross, Blood Services in Birmingham. Cheryl holds a B.A. in Public Relations and is working on an M.A. in Management from UA. A gardening enthusiast, Cheryl completed the Master Gardner Intern Program through the Alabama Cooperative Extension System, Tuscaloosa County.

Hayley Ray McNeil, Manager of New Lead Development, Executive MBA Program. Hayley Ray McNeill is responsible for recruiting and new lead development for the EMBA program. She graduated from the Tuscaloosa EMBA program May 2017, and looks forward to sharing her story with you! Before joining the EMBA team, she was the local recruiter for the Undergraduate Admissions office as well as the EdD nurse educator recruiter for The University of Alabama. Prior to working at UA, she was a parade and show performer and trainer at Walt Disney World, where she continues to perform seasonally. Hayley holds a B.A. in Musical Theater with a minor in Legal Studies from The University of Alabama.

Linda Cox, Program Manager, Executive MBA Program. Linda is responsible for coordinating and implementing services for students. Since joining the EMBA program in 2009, Linda has led initiatives in improving coordination efforts and services for students, including registration, Blackboard, financial aid/scholarship and tuition payments, communications, orientation and other events. Linda is also responsible for the daily budgets and office management. Prior to joining the EMBA Program, Linda held positions in the College of Arts & Sciences, Biology Department and in the Capstone College of Nursing. Linda holds a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama

Dr. J. Brian Gray, Associate Dean, Culverhouse College of Commerce. He is also the Harrison Family Teaching Excellence Faculty Fellow and Professor of Statistics in the Department of Information Systems, Management Science, and Statistics. Prior to coming to the University of Alabama in 1990, Dr. Gray spent seven years as a faculty member in the Department of Finance and Decision Sciences at Texas Christian University. He earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University in 1980 and 1983, respectively. Dr. Gray attended the University of Alabama in Birmingham where he received a BS degree in Mathematics in 1978, with minors in Business Administration and Computer Science. Dr. Gray is an active member of the American Statistical Association. His research interests include applied statistics, exploratory data analysis, data mining, business analytics, regression analysis, statistical computing, and statistical graphics. He has published research articles and is co-author of two books, Basic Statistical Ideas for Managers (Second Edition) and Business Cases in Statistical Decision Making: Computer Based Applications. Dr. Gray has received several teaching awards from the MBA and Executive MBA Associations of The University of Alabama and Texas Christian University.
